the previous calculation was wrong cos those who went would have to pay an un-discounted price for their own share.
so here are the workings!(:

total bill: $351.10
-divided by 29 (total attendance for JTS: 13 juniors + 16 seniors)
-so the discounted price would be $12.11 per pax
-total number of seniors who went: 16
-therefore seniors' share in total would be $12.11 x 16 = $193.76. this amount would be shared by 22 of us, so $193.76/22 = $8.80

so those who went would be paying $12.11 (own share) + $8.80 (seniors' share) = $20.91, while those who did not go for JTS would only have to pay $8.80 (seniors' share).

total amount collected from those who didnt go for JTS: $8.80 x 9 = $79.20
this amount would be distributed equally to those who went for JTS and paid on behalf of those who didnt go. $79.20/13 = $6.09 (rounded off)

calculation check:
those who went paid $27 each will get $6.09 in return.
$27 - $6.09 = $20.91. (: (:
